WHAT
Find Wholeness.
Be Healthy.
The Center for Health and Wellbeing is an organization focused on helping the individual to achieve and maintain health, find healing and to thrive in life.
To attain health is to find wholeness. Our therapeutic modalities are rooted in holistic health philosophy: we view and treat you as one whole being. To be well is to be in a state of abundance and to flourish. Our purpose is to facilitate your personal journey, supporting the maintenance of your health and guiding you towards wellbeing.
Our approach is based on the theory of Salutogenesis, as proposed by the sociologist Aaron Antonovsky. Salutogenesis, as opposed to disease-focused pathogenesis, focuses on understanding the development and maintenance of health. Our emphasis is on helping you acquire resources to adapt to life's challenges and support your personal development.

WHY
Personalized Wellbeing
As practitioners of holistic health, we ourselves have found that we are not bound to just one method of healing, professionally and personally. Most, if not all our practitioners are trained in multiple disciplines of health. As we worked with clients, we realized that each individual’s needs are not always fulfilled by a single method or perspective of healing. As such, we realized that creating a space where healers of different methods of holistic health can practice together, to fulfill the necessities of different individuals under one roof, is needed.

Seed of Life
We have chosen The Seed of Life to symbolize our Center for many reasons. Circles represent wholeness, unity and cycles. The Seed of Life is a combination of 7 circles, all equally intersecting in the mid-point of each circle. As we reflected on how holistic healing methods and perspectives coincide with each other, we realized that these circles embody this understanding that we have; no healing method is better than the other, each is relevant in the healing it provides to the individual in that present moment.
The focus of which is that the individual may find their own center, their own core.
Through the unity of the 7 circles, arises The Germ of Life, the flower-like 6-petal form in the center of the middle circle. The germ is the beginning of existence, and our wish is not just for an existence, but to thrive and to flourish; from germ to seed, to blossom and beyond.
